We had a wonderful stay. The hotel staff was very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is located right on the waterfront in this city, very close to downtown, and with easy transportation options. The hotel facilities were impressive, especially the large balcony with a beautiful 180-degree view and the peaceful private beach. We loved the buffet breakfast which had a variety of options including juice, coffee, bread, jogurt, omelettes, fruits. Also, the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive.
Nothing we didn't like to be fair.

Perfect location in the village, right by the seafront, beautiful setting, friendly and clean, far enough from the noise of central village

It was a very modern hotel. Many hotels in Neum are not. I found reception to be very helpful and indeed concerned about an inaccuracy I had made in my travel arrangements.
Everything was fine.

The location was perfect - it was in a quiet area right on the waterfront, providing a peaceful atmosphere. The room I stayed in had a stunning sea view and a comfortable bed, and the spacious bathroom exceeded my expectations. The hotel also had a rooftop pool, which was excellent for relaxing and enjoying the panoramic views. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, and the breakfast and dinner served were delicious. The hotel also offered amenities such as room service, car hire, and laundry. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made my stay truly enjoyable.
I would highly recommend this hotel to all.

It has an own beach. Beautiful view from the balconies to the sea. close to the center. Very nice place.
Have to pay for the sunbed and umbrella even if you stay in the hotel. The price of room doesn't include it.

Staying at this lovely hotel by the sea has been an amazing experience. the location couldn't be better, as it is very close to the center and right on the waterfront area. the room was comfortable, with excellent bathroom and a stunning view from the balcony. the service provided by the staff was superb, they were always friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. having a private beach right outside the door was a plus, with free sun beds and shade provided.
There was one little downside. the TV in the room was positioned in a way that made viewing quite unpleasant, but this was a minor issue compared to the overall amazing stay.

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Villa Nova. Tereza, Vestna, Tomo and all staff where so helpful and friendly. The dinners were superb and they took special care to ensure that I had delicious vegetarian meals. We will defiantely stay there again and will be recommending it to all our friends. Hvala to all at Villa Nova and hope to see you again next year.

The location next to the sea and the balcony with a sea view. The staff were exceptionally polite, friendly and helpful. The exception was the abrupt greeting we had on arrival from a man who we later discovered was the owner. Car parking on site was appreciated.
The decor is out of date compared with the standard of the other five hotels we stayed at during this holiday. Although described as an apartment, it was impossible to prepare a cooked meal as the kitchen area is inadequately equipped.

During my Easter vacation, I enjoyed staying at a hotel by the beach. the location was perfect with clear seawater and a private beach. the hotel had a nice terrace where we enjoyed our meals and a rooftop pool with a beautiful sea view. the staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the room was spacious and comfortable.
A few aspects of the hotel. the room could have been cleaner, and the bedding and towels were old and overused.

You don't get what you pay for (reservation does not means for the hotel owner enything, he will give to you hat he thinks is right).

For an "on the way" hotel it was excellent.Their dinner menu is recommended and the private swimming area made the stay worth while.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
